This is one of the standout holes at Kota Permai. The longest of the par fours on this nine with the lowest index, the premium is on the drive and approach shot. Water and pine trees along the right will force most mid-to-high handicappers to aim left where lurk pot bunkers await there to trap errant tee shots. Two more bunkers lie await less than 100 metres from the green on the left and yet another well placed sand trap fronts the green. The putting surface is undulating and very deceptive. Sliced or over clubbed approach shots will end up in the water hazard that divides this hole from the green of Hole no. 2.
