This is a test of character for any golfer, with hidden swales on undulating fairways and the first signs of oil palm trees along the left side of the fairway. There are no bunkers on a fairway that drops to a lower level from the 100-metre point. The green is closely guarded by three traps: left, right and at the back. The natural approach to the tricky green is a high fade to avoid bunkers and water on the right.
